Description

Contemporary wireless transmission of data enables creation of art. Information channel for transmission of data from measuring devices to the place where the data are collected and processed. The measuring devices can also be controlled and programmed using an information channel from the central computer. Presently, a typical solution of wireless transmission system employs the existing infrastructure of mobile phone networks and mobile phone operators. The measuring data are transmitted between the monitoring devices and the central computer by a GSM modem. Air dust concentration monitor AMIZ-2000 is usually assembled at the place where wire communication connection is not always accessible, which makes it difficult to transmit the measured results. To overcome these difficulties the monitor was equipped with a GSM modem that enables remote communication with AMIZ-2000 gauge and allows to build a monitoring network containing a number in a central computer equipped with another GSM modem and a proper computer program.
