Description

Burners up to 18 MW in capacity intended for combusting low-calorific gas (with a calorific value of 3 000 – 3 500 kJ/m3);
Burners up to 12 MW in capacity intended for combusting high-calorific gas (with a calorific value of up to 45 000 kJ/m3);
Dry ash handling system for removal of fly- and bottom ash from the oil shale fired boiler (with a capacity of up to 10 t/h of dry material transported to a distance of 300 meters).
These systems can be applied to power plants and district heating boiler houses.

Advantages

Burners developed by Enteh Engineering can use types of gas fuels that traditional burners cannot use.
The elimination of water from ash handling has many economic benefits. Fly- and bottom ash turns in to a valuable resource when it is collected dry, and processed to match the end use specification. Ash produced by solid fuel fired boilers can be beneficially used in variety of construction and manufacturing applications. These applications include structural and engineering fill, cement raw material, aggregate for concrete and asphalt products, and general reclamation purposes.

Innovative aspects (ecologic, social and economic)

Low-calorific and high- calorific gases are often by-products that are not effectively utilized. Usually low-calorific and high- calorific gases are burned ineffectively and this process pollutes atmosphere. Burners developed by Enteh Engineering burn gases with minimal waste.
The totally dry ash removal and transport system is more environment friendly, compared to a wet ash removal and transport system. The problems of lagoon water quality control, space requirements and general maintenance requirements are being avoided.
Using technologies made by Enteh Engineering makes working environment safer and cleaner.
Dry ash handling system: low power cost per ton is transferred as well.
