The close heat recuperation system is engineered individually, considering the parameters of technical processes in order to maximize utilization of the waste heat. The efficiency of heat recuperation system could be reached up to 99%. It is essential that the material used for the transportation of heat was freeze resistant, for this reason the refrigerant Freon is used in the proposed heat recuperation system.


The proposed heat recuperation system could be used outdoor in the conditions with the law weather temperature (up to -15ºC). The engineering of the system has to be done individually, according to the specific characteristics of the company or wastewater treatment plant. The climatic features are important as well.

Environmental Aspects
The proposed innovation decreases the amount of gas input for the production of hot steam. The gas input decrease determines the reduction of air emissions (CO, NOx, CO2), the input of water and electricity is reduced as well.

Social Aspects (related to the work conditions)
Work conditions are improved because of the closed system that enables to avoid risk for employee thermal burn.

Economic Aspects
The economic aspects of this innovation depend on the specific characteristics of the company. The payback period of the project is up to 3 year. The heat vapour production costs are decreased by 21%.
